Despite me running with minimalist shoes for the past couple of years, his guidance really made me change my technique and become a more efficient runner. While I had been dabbling around the edges of the 'natural running movement' for a few years (reading, exploring etc...), spending just one hour with Keith, was more powerful and effective than so many hours spent prior. Keith is a committed expert who knows exactly what he's talking about. Experiencing the shift of approach and technique under his watchful and caring eyes makes a huge difference. Keith has improved my technique remarkably. I used to be a very heavy heel-striker. I can now say I am not only a mid-foot runner, but I am running faster, and am far less injury prone. Keith is an amazing technician, and a very impressive runner and motivator. Thanks Keith!

Technique assessment/change session

One-to-one (or private groups up to 4) - includes video

Approx 50 to 70 mins for 1 person, longer if you book in friends too (max group of 4)




I will assess your running technique and discuss with you the most important corrections I think you should make, and map out a path for you to follow. We will have time to try some exercises to help you feel the changes you need to make and will give you an idea of time scale and rate of progress you should expect.

I normally video each client at the start and finish of each session and then analyse and comment with the use of single frame examples from the video. These are uploaded so you can study them online and compare before and after sequences in conjunction with a follow-up email.
