The new edition is now expected in March - a slight delay due to busy editors. The editing process is going very well. The videos of Heidi's Strengthening and Rehabilitation program are all finished and uploaded ready for readers to view. Wish I had met Keith earlier, his training sessions have completely changed my running technique, I can definitely feel the difference after a couple of weeks! You can feel your running becoming almost effortless as you keep practicing. Highly recommend for runners of any level.

Had a private session with Keith and got a lot of advice that could be applied immediately. Everything was presented through practice, building gradually through intuitive drills and exercises. I've still got some work to do to refine what Keith taught but I'm aconfident this will be a big leap towards bringing down my PBs. I'll definitely be recommending and following up with a workshop.

I have trained with Keith in Sean Williams' Squad for the past few years. He is an inspiration to all of us and a great mentor to the junior runners. I have had a one on one run with Keith around the hills of Coogee and in that short time he was able to pass on some very worthwhile techniques to improve my hill running and cadence!!!
