I learned more about how to run in my 1 hour with Keith than I have in 7 years of actually running! The technique, once you 'get it', is obvious yet exciting. Shortly after my lesson I ran my second fastest km ever, barefoot on grass, on flat terrain. Previously I could only hit that speed going downhill! Can't wait to see what the next year brings. Based on many years of experience and refinement, Keith provides clear explanations in a straightforward, practical manner with drills and exercises that assist in correcting your running faults so that you can run with good form, faster and with decreased injury risk. Don't be deceived by something so clearly presented and seemingly simple, it works. Since my session with Keith I have benefited from his insights to; carve 1:35 off my 10k; 2:39 of my City2Surf time; 21:01 off my 50k time; and over an hour and twenty minutes off my Comrades Marathon up run time [87.7km] for a silver medal.

I had my first session with Keith last week, which was also my first running training session ever. He was quick to see what was wrong with my style and the session then focussed on helping me to learn a new running style. The combination of Keith's knowledge and friendliness made the session informative and enjoyable. I'm looking forward to seeing the results of my new technique and exercises in my running.
