Recently had second session with Keith, correcting what I was still doing wrong after first session, for me pulling my legs up too high instead of pushing my knees forward. Keith has improved my technique remarkably. I used to be a very heavy heel-striker. I can now say I am not only a mid-foot runner, but I am running faster, and am far less injury prone. Keith is an amazing technician, and a very impressive runner and motivator. Thanks Keith!

A month and a half ago I had a session with Keith. Despite me running with minimalist shoes for the past couple of years, his guidance really made me change my technique and become a more efficient runner. This weekend I shaved over 10 minutes off my marathon PB and achieved my sub-3h30 goal. Keith's insights played a very important role in that. Thank you, Keith!
