I am a difficult uncoordinated patient at the best of times but Keith AKA the "Running Dr", had me going again in record speed. From shin splints to running. Bliss!! Thank you Keith - eternally grateful.

I have trained with Keith in Sean Williams' Squad for the past few years. He is an inspiration to all of us and a great mentor to the junior runners. I have had a one on one run with Keith around the hills of Coogee and in that short time he was able to pass on some very worthwhile techniques to improve my hill running and cadence!!!

I'm 60 and apart from a bit of sport when I was younger I've never ran. Recently I decided to get fit and started running-lost 30kgs in 18 months. Decided that if I was going to run a bit may as well do it properly so I booked to see Keith Bateman. Man, what a mind-blowing first session yesterday. The guy is just so knowledgable and so helpful. I thought I was doing reasonably well, but Keith has opened some new and exciting possibilities that will take me on a different journey that I know I will enjoy. Thank you Keith, in my assessment you are indeed a master of your craft.

Australian Masters Athletics

Most Outstanding Athlete 2010/2011

Our recipient has had a very successful year which included three World Records and five
Australian Records. On a number of occasions our recipient kept narrowing the gap
between his performances and the elusive world records until he finally achieved it in the
one mile and the 3000m, eclipsing the previous mark set by Ron Robertson from New
Zealand, who himself has gradually been overtaking the records set by our own Hall of
Fame star Alan Bradford. To further demonstrate our recipient’s outstanding performances
his 1500m Australian Record has an age grade of 99.6%. Within a five weeks gap between
the two of the world records our recipient achieved an Australian Record in the 10km for
good measure.
