Keith's training session was incredibly worthwhile. I've been running properly for about 4 months and in that time had several recurring injuries likely due to my technique. Keith took the time to completely change my style into what I knew was the proper technique but didn't know how to achieve myself. He did this using easy to understand drills and using simple language. I have not mastered running yet as I only had the session last week but in the two sessions I've had since, I can feel the improvement. Highly highly recommend having a session with Keith. While I had been dabbling around the edges of the 'natural running movement' for a few years (reading, exploring etc...), spending just one hour with Keith, was more powerful and effective than so many hours spent prior. Keith is a committed expert who knows exactly what he's talking about. Experiencing the shift of approach and technique under his watchful and caring eyes makes a huge difference. I'm looking forward to injury free and faster miles ahead.

A month and a half ago I had a session with Keith. Despite me running with minimalist shoes for the past couple of years, his guidance really made me change my technique and become a more efficient runner. This weekend I shaved over 10 minutes off my marathon PB and achieved my sub-3h30 goal. Keith's insights played a very important role in that. Thank you, Keith!

Australian Masters Athletics

Most Outstanding Athlete 2010/2011

Our recipient has had a very successful year which included three World Records and five
Australian Records. On a number of occasions our recipient kept narrowing the gap
between his performances and the elusive world records until he finally achieved it in the
one mile and the 3000m, eclipsing the previous mark set by Ron Robertson from New
Zealand, who himself has gradually been overtaking the records set by our own Hall of
Fame star Alan Bradford. To further demonstrate our recipient’s outstanding performances
his 1500m Australian Record has an age grade of 99.6%. Within a five weeks gap between
the two of the world records our recipient achieved an Australian Record in the 10km for
good measure.
