I have been running for 10 years and suffered from countless injuries. Keith managed to change my technique and make my injuries disappear. His knowledge is endless but what really inspired me what his ability to teach it and his patience. If you want to run properly and I mean properly then this man is your foundaton.

A month and a half ago I had a session with Keith. Despite me running with minimalist shoes for the past couple of years, his guidance really made me change my technique and become a more efficient runner. This weekend I shaved over 10 minutes off my marathon PB and achieved my sub-3h30 goal. Keith's insights played a very important role in that. Thank you, Keith!

I had my introductory session with Keith this morning, despite the fact he was knocked off his bike by a car last night! Within a few hours of the session, Keith had emailed me through my before-and-after picture and videos, with an analysis of my form and some more advice on improving my new technique. I am looking forward to putting all of this into practice. Thanks Keith!

Awards

Australian Masters Athletics

Most Outstanding Athlete 2010/2011

Our recipient has had a very successful year which included three World Records and five
Australian Records. On a number of occasions our recipient kept narrowing the gap
between his performances and the elusive world records until he finally achieved it in the
one mile and the 3000m, eclipsing the previous mark set by Ron Robertson from New
Zealand, who himself has gradually been overtaking the records set by our own Hall of
Fame star Alan Bradford. To further demonstrate our recipient’s outstanding performances
his 1500m Australian Record has an age grade of 99.6%. Within a five weeks gap between
the two of the world records our recipient achieved an Australian Record in the 10km for
good measure.
