Excellent first session, I look forward to practicing my bare foot running & alignment technique so I can smash my time in home-work run, more effortlessly! I highly recommend.

Thank you Keith for a very informative & enjoyable training session. The follow up videos and advice has given us plenty to work with. Your knowledge of the sport which you shared with us with such passion and enthusiasm, was very much appreciated. Highly recommended to anyone who wishes to improve their running technique.

Following Keith's workshop I took 7 weeks off competition to strengthen up and run short distances barefoot, then beat my half-ironman run pb by a few minutes, 1:32. My new running form feels entirely natural now, and is sustainable through to marathon distance. Lower calves took a few months to adapt, even though I'm accustomed to flat shoes in daily life, with no history of achilles injury. Garmin metrics show that my feet spend 10% less time on the ground now (225ms). This has been a game-changer for me, and I look forward to training faster shorter distances through the (UK) winter.

Awards

Australian Masters Athletics

Most Outstanding Athlete 2010/2011

Our recipient has had a very successful year which included three World Records and five
Australian Records. On a number of occasions our recipient kept narrowing the gap
between his performances and the elusive world records until he finally achieved it in the
one mile and the 3000m, eclipsing the previous mark set by Ron Robertson from New
Zealand, who himself has gradually been overtaking the records set by our own Hall of
Fame star Alan Bradford. To further demonstrate our recipient’s outstanding performances
his 1500m Australian Record has an age grade of 99.6%. Within a five weeks gap between
the two of the world records our recipient achieved an Australian Record in the 10km for
good measure.
