Following Keith's workshop I took 7 weeks off competition to strengthen up and run short distances barefoot, then beat my half-ironman run pb by a few minutes, 1:32. My new running form feels entirely natural now, and is sustainable through to marathon distance. Lower calves took a few months to adapt, even though I'm accustomed to flat shoes in daily life, with no history of achilles injury. Garmin metrics show that my feet spend 10% less time on the ground now (225ms). This has been a game-changer for me, and I look forward to training faster shorter distances through the (UK) winter.

After taking up running a few years ago my times became stagnate and it didn't get easier as my legs were constantly injured and sore. A month ago I was introduced to Keith; his knowledge and skill identified my problems straight away and his straight forward approach then allowed me to see the issues for myself. With a basic plan and lots of hard training I have been able to lower most of my PB's over various distances. Anyone interested in running needs to spend some time with Keith, it's essential!!

I had a session with Keith last December which was extremely useful with tips on my technique that a book could never provide. However, it wasn't until today that I really saw Keith run at my first Sweat session. In being passed by Keith, following and watching him run you realise that you're watching an artist - effortless excellence, like watching Messi run with the ball or a Federer topspin backhand. If you want to become a better runner, seek him out.
