I saw Keith 6 months ago and I raced in the half marathon and beat my PB by 4 1/2 minutes ran a 1.51 I have gone from very much a heal runner to now more forefoot I did some 60 km weeks in training and have not had one injury and I also ran my fastest 5 km run last week at 23.15 which I could never do Looking forward to another catch up with Keith this weekend

I have been running for 10 years and suffered from countless injuries. Keith managed to change my technique and make my injuries disappear. His knowledge is endless but what really inspired me what his ability to teach it and his patience. If you want to run properly and I mean properly then this man is your foundaton.

Keith has improved my technique remarkably. I used to be a very heavy heel-striker. I can now say I am not only a mid-foot runner, but I am running faster, and am far less injury prone. Keith is an amazing technician, and a very impressive runner and motivator. Thanks Keith!
