I had my first session with Keith a few weeks ago after having missed 5 months through injury. He was a terrific guy and very inspiring. I can really see how problematic my running style was before (I was too hunched and lost a lot of energy through heel striking). I'm now running pain free and after just a couple of weeks my times are almost back to where they were at my peak and I can feel that I am moving much more efficiently. I have been running for 10 years and suffered from countless injuries. Keith managed to change my technique and make my injuries disappear. His knowledge is endless but what really inspired me what his ability to teach it and his patience. If you want to run properly and I mean properly then this man is your foundaton.

Technique assessment/change session

One-to-one (or private groups up to 4) - includes video

Approx 50 to 70 mins for 1 person, longer if you book in friends too (max group of 4)




I will assess your running technique and discuss with you the most important corrections I think you should make, and map out a path for you to follow. We will have time to try some exercises to help you feel the changes you need to make and will give you an idea of time scale and rate of progress you should expect.

I normally video each client at the start and finish of each session and then analyse and comment with the use of single frame examples from the video. These are uploaded so you can study them online and compare before and after sequences in conjunction with a follow-up email.

At least one more (group) session is a must to reinforce the changes, to make sure you haven't adopted a technique that will cause injury, and to give you a tune-up to further improve your running.
