I Saw Keith 3 months ago. Yesterday I ran the SMH half. I ran 96:15 - a PB by nearly 3 minutes. This was a remarkable race because: (1) I trained half as much as last year - I'm still adapting to the new style (I've only hit 50kms for the week twice); (2) the race felt effortless - I maintained a constant pace throughout (4:33) and didn't die over the last few kms as usual (I was able to sprint the last 400m); (3) I feel like I could run again today - normally I have to take days off after a big run. Altogether I'm amazed at how much I have benefited from just one short session with Keith.

I will assess your running technique and discuss with you the most important corrections I think you should make, and map out a path for you to follow. We will have time to try some exercises to help you feel the changes you need to make and will give you an idea of time scale and rate of progress you should expect.

I normally video each client at the start and finish of each session and then analyse and comment with the use of single frame examples from the video. These are uploaded so you can study them online and compare before and after sequences in conjunction with a follow-up email.
