The session with Keith was a real eye opener for me as I have been running all my life but had never really thought about good form which I now realise is the most important aspect of running if you wish to stay injury free. I had a session with Keith last December which was extremely useful with tips on my technique that a book could never provide. However, it wasn't until today that I really saw Keith run at my first Sweat session. In being passed by Keith, following and watching him run you realise that you're watching an artist - effortless excellence, like watching Messi run with the ball or a Federer topspin backhand. If you want to become a better runner, seek him out.

Thank you for the training over the past couple of months. The change in technique and intense sessions paid dividends in the SMH Half Marathon with a 93 minute run and negative splits for each 5k. It has given me the confidence to step up to a full marathon later this year and an opportunity to run and run!

Technique assessment/change session

One-to-one (or private groups up to 4) - includes video

Approx 50 to 70 mins for 1 person, longer if you book in friends too (max group of 4)




I will assess your running technique and discuss with you the most important corrections I think you should make, and map out a path for you to follow. We will have time to try some exercises to help you feel the changes you need to make and will give you an idea of time scale and rate of progress you should expect.

I normally video each client at the start and finish of each session and then analyse and comment with the use of single frame examples from the video. These are uploaded so you can study them online and compare before and after sequences in conjunction with a follow-up email.
