Book - New edition News

The new edition is now expected in March - a slight delay due to busy editors. The editing process is going very well. The videos of Heidi's Strengthening and Rehabilitation program are all finished and uploaded ready for readers to view. I had my first session with Keith last week, which was also my first running training session ever. He was quick to see what was wrong with my style and the session then focussed on helping me to learn a new running style. The combination of Keith's knowledge and friendliness made the session informative and enjoyable. I'm looking forward to seeing the results of my new technique and exercises in my running.

The book and a session with Keith has been invaluable to my running. I'm enjoying the barefeet aspect and I have increased my speed my a minute per km. I am looking fwd to further sessions with Keith to improve my running technique even further.
