Keith is a very friendly and helpful coach. He has helped improve my technique and reduced my injuries. My 10km personal best has improved from 38:31 to 36:47 in less than 3 months. I would definitely recommend Keith's training for any serious runner. Thank you Keith!

Recently had second session with Keith, correcting what I was still doing wrong after first session, for me pulling my legs up too high instead of pushing my knees forward. With Keith's wisdom, insights, tips and motivation,I'm now running 30s/km quicker with ease. Definitely the best running investment you could make, highly recommended to runners of any ability. Thanks for all your help Keith, it is hugely appreciated!!!!!
