I learned more about how to run in my 1 hour with Keith than I have in 7 years of actually running! The technique, once you 'get it', is obvious yet exciting. Shortly after my lesson I ran my second fastest km ever, barefoot on grass, on flat terrain. Previously I could only hit that speed going downhill! Can't wait to see what the next year brings. Thanks again Keith.

I had my first session with Keith a few weeks ago after having missed 5 months through injury. He was a terrific guy and very inspiring. I can really see how problematic my running style was before (I was too hunched and lost a lot of energy through heel striking). I'm now running pain free and after just a couple of weeks my times are almost back to where they were at my peak and I can feel that I am moving much more efficiently. I look forward to breaking some PBs in the coming months.
