Thank you for the training over the past couple of months. The change in technique and intense sessions paid dividends in the SMH Half Marathon with a 93 minute run and negative splits for each 5k. It has given me the confidence to step up to a full marathon later this year and an opportunity to run and run!

Keith's running technique session has got to be THE BEST running investment you could ever make! I am never looking back. Straight away from the simple exercises we worked on my running felt smoother, faster and more enjoyable. And with helping to avoid injury this is a must for all.

Keith is a very friendly and helpful coach. He has helped improve my technique and reduced my injuries. My 10km personal best has improved from 38:31 to 36:47 in less than 3 months. I would definitely recommend Keith's training for any serious runner. Thank you Keith!
